Refund policy

We have a 30-day policy for non-custom items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Custom Items: Due to the unique nature of our personalized products, custom items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Non-Custom Items: New, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Warranty: All items are covered by our 180-day warranty. If your product shows any defects within this period, we’ll replace it free of charge.
